Process building

While at GreenRope, I rebuilt the training and feature requesting process. This included...

• Building automation​
• Creating brand relevant emails to maintain client engagement
• Designing training decks and other materials
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless transitions
• Producing project tasks and timelines
• Generating weekly reports
• Training clients on how to best use the software for their business
• Researching tools, industry standards, and customer needs
• Bridging the gap between client requests and development using, client outreach, wireframes and detailed research

Video editing

When I wasn't assisting customers or building out new processes, I was creating tutorial and marketing videos. I had to do the following in order to ensure these were produced properly.

• Research tools for creation, editing, music, and voice over needs
• Wrote scripts and imagery outlines
• Utilized Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva for various video needs
• Taught myself how to further use these tools
• Built examples in video account for recording
• Collaborated with marketing director for video series
• Coordinated video submissions from the team for various marketing video needs
• Designed animations, transitions, and other elements to keep the videos engaging, but informative
• Managed YouTube and Vimeo accounts using their tools to better the client use of videos

Other needs

During my time with GreenRope, I assisted customers through training, webinars, and various support avenues (chat, tickets, etc.). I also assisted our team by creating graphics as needed, continually updating processes, and creating videos for our ever changing software.
